&. terms of service

( I ) RUSH FEE     _{ㅤ do notㅤ rush me. i have a life outside of comms, as well as resoponsibilities on the server. there may be things beyond my control that may interfere with the time frame of getting your order done. 'bumping' is counted as rushing. there is a $10(IC)/+$5(OOC) if i am to be rushed.}

( II ) THEFT     _{ㅤ do not ㅤ steal any work that isn't listed as free to use. (ie: my own skins, commissioned skins, reshading, etc). this also includes taking credit for my work or redistributing any of my work for your own personal gain. this results in a blacklist.}

( III ) STITCHING     _{ㅤ do not ㅤ take parts of my work and stitch them together to create an entirely new skin/outfit. this results in a blacklist.}

( IV ) PAYMENT     _{ㅤ do not ㅤ pay before i am done with your commission. there is always a chance i may have to cancel it for many reasons. please have the payment amount ready by the time i am done. i'm lenient, however that does not mean to take advantage of that. you can expect your order after you pay.}

( V ) 'REFUNDING'     _{ㅤ do not ㅤ expect refudning to be an option. remember, you're paying AFTER i finish the skin, and you will have plenty of time and oppurtunities to request changes to the skin before you have to pay. you have no excuse.}

( VI ) RESPECT     _{ㅤ do ㅤ be respectful. attitude and balatant disrespect is not tolerated. if i ever experience that, your order will be cancelled and blacklisted.}

( VII ) RECEIVING YOUR ORDER     _{ㅤ do ㅤ note that when i am to send you the files to your order, i am sending you a link created from the skinseed app. it's what i personally use to make skins. no, they are not virus links and no, i don't want your information. when you open the link, it will send you to a 360 preview of the skin with the option to download it on the top right. it will send you to the image where you can right-click and save it.}

( VIII ) TIMELINE     _{ㅤ do ㅤ make sure to pay for your order within a reasonable timeline. you have 5 days to pay. otherwise, your order will be auctioned off}

( IX ) HONESTY     _{ㅤ do ㅤ be honest! i want you to be happy with your order, and i can't make that happen if you don't voice any changes you want. do note, for major changes it will be an extra 30k/$3 charge. however, i'm always happy to oblige.}

( X ) SPECIFY     _{ㅤ do ㅤ be specific in regards to what you want. i am not a mind reader. reference images help. however, if you cannot find a reference image, i need you to outline what you want and don't want.}
